I've heard the term "Mommy Brain" before and didn't really understand until I acquired it...I have a serious case of "Mommy Brain". I say things like "Dave, can you please grab the typewriter and we'll get going?" I meant diaper bag, not the typewriter. I call Dave Stanley and Stanley Beckett, My Mom gets called Dad and Zo� is Dave. How long does this last for? Does it ever go away? My fear is that I'll be back in front of my weather map and tell you that a latte is moving across the Island. I have an excellent memory, I rely on my photographic memory for so many things -- especially my job. I can deal with my feet being a little bit bigger and my hair falling out by the handful but this "Mommy Brain" situation needs to sort itself out!
All is good here, I'm back at CTV in two weeks (February 2) and am enjoying my time with Beckett and Zo�. She is growing so fast and has her four month shots next week -- not looking forward to that!
Beckett is continuing with his swimming lessons (he a little fish) and he's almost walking -- life will take on a whole new meaning when that happens!
