Brendan Gallagher scored four goals to pace the Vancouver Giants to a 6-2 victory over the Prince George Cougars Saturday night in Western Hockey League action.
Gallagher, a 17-year-old native of Delta, B.C., saved his best for last, scoring twice in the third period as the Giants scored flour unanswered goals to hand the Cougars their third straight loss.
Kevin Connauton and Garry Nunn also scored for the Giants (18-8-3), who outshot the Cougars 33-21.
Brett Connolly and Marek Viedensky found the net for Prince George (4-20-2).
Jamie Tucker made 19 saves for Vancouver, while Cougars netminder Alex Wright stopped 27 shots.
Elsewhere in the WHL, Chilliwack shutout Kamloops 3-0 and Kootenay doubled up Kelowna 4-2.
