Police are warning the public about two high-risk sex offenders that are believed to pose a threat to young boys and women.

Morris Gordon Wilson, 56, and Alwin Colin Benson, 49, are living in Vancouver and are considered a high-risk to re-offend.

Wilson's previous sexual offences have been against pre-pubescent boys.

He is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 14, must not attend parks, pools, playgrounds, schools and anywhere children may be. He is not to consume or possess any alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

Wilson is white, 5-9, approximately 154 pounds with brown hair, hazel eyes and often wears prescription glasses.

He is currently living in a halfway house in Vancouver were he is serving a two year sentence for failing to comply with a long-term supervision order.

Benson's previous convictions have been against both male and female children and adolescents.

He has been convicted of two sexual assaults and was recently convicted of another while under his 10-year long supervision order.

Benson's conditions include that he report all relationships with females to his parole supervisor, abstain from use of alcohol and non-prescription drugs and not to visit establishments where primary sale is alcohol.

He is to have no contact with any person under the age of 18 without supervision and to not possess a weapon.

Benson is an Aboriginal male, 6' tall and approximately 215 pounds. He has dark brown hair, brown eyes and wears prescription glasses.

If anyone observes Wilson or Benson breaching their conditions they are asked to contact police immediately.
