With the arrest of 30-year-old Richard Drew Lawson on August 11, Vancouver police announced that they have caught every fugitive on their Con Air Top Ten list except one.

Lawson was arrested after patrol members made a routine traffic stop in the 2000-block of Kingsway Avenue. He will be flown home to Ontario Wednesday where he faces 11 outstanding warrants for offences including assault with a weapon, threatening death, assault causing bodily harm and failing to comply with a court order.

The final person remaining on the list is 37-year-old Michael Craveiro, who fled his home province of Ontario with 28 outstanding warrants. Craveiro is wanted for uttering threats, criminal harassment and breach of probation.

The Con Air program has returned 68 people to other provinces to face justice since the program began in 2008.
