Friends and relatives of a missing 33-year-old Kelowna, B.C. man are afraid someone has abducted him.

Geoff Meisner disappeared after his wife dropped him off last Friday at a local mall.

His wife Tammy and their four daughters, ages five to 11, are broken-hearted, said family friend Lisa Hilts.

"We believe he's been kidnapped. He wouldn't not call. He talks to his girls every day," Hilts said.

"We're praying for his safe return. Whoever has him, bring him back safe. These girls deserve a life with their dad."

Meisner promotes ultimate fighting tournaments. He was supposed to attend the King of the Cave mixed-martial-arts event in Vernon, B.C. last Saturday but didn't show up.

"Everyone was surprised he wasn't there," Hilts said.

Hilts, who has known the family for 10 years, isn't aware of him having enemies.

A Facebook page dedicated to the search contains a simple request from Meisner's daughter Bailey: "I want my Daddy home now!"

Meisner is bald, six-foot-one and weighs 275 pounds. He has brown eyes and a brown goatee.
