Crews have called off the search for a 23-year-old woman who went missing during a day-hike in Golden Ears Park on Wednesday.
The Surrey resident is believed to have drowned after falling into the waters below Gold Creek Falls.
Searchers have found no sign of her apart from her jacket, despite scouring the area Wednesday evening and again on Thursday.
Crews said the woman was standing with several others at the second level of the falls when she slipped and plunged into the rapidly-flowing creek.
