Speculation over the status of Estelle Lo, the City of Vancouver's finance director was put to rest Monday after a city official confirmed that she has resigned.
According to Kevin Ramsay, City Hall's general manager of human resources, Lo has tendered her resignation, effective November 30.
Ramsay declined to comment on the reasons for her resignation. News of the decision comes just 48 hours after Gregor Robertson defeated Peter Ladner in the Vancouver mayoral race.
