Back-To-School Essentials With Janette Ewen
The school year has begun for many children in British Columbia.
Editor and designer Janette Ewen joined CTV Morning Live with some back-to-school essentials to start the year right.
To cultivate creativity, Ewen recommended a curated creative space.
People should place their workspace near a window for natural light, keep it uncluttered and have all tools organized nearby. Ewen recently reinvigorated her own space with pieces from CANVAS at Canadian Tire.
She advised that having a budget and strict list for back-to-school shopping is very important.
For added savings, RBC recently launched its Time For More campaign. A variety of perks and offers are available for eligible RBC credit and debit cardholders.
This provides an opportunity to enjoy more value, savings and rewards from some favourite businesses and brands.
One of the big trends Ewen is seeing this season is collaboration of brands.
Bugatti has recently partnered with BlackPink, one of the biggest K-pop bands in the world.
The new collection offers fun designs and fashionable elegance with backpacks and cross-body bags that are perfect for back-to-school.
For school projects Ewen shared that the HP Envy All-In-One printer is a must.
The compatible smart app allows users to print from the palm of their hand.
Once all the back-to-school essentials are purchased it's time to refresh and get back in to routine.
When the kids return to school it is the perfect time to catch up on household chores. Whirpool Canada just launched a new detergent line called Swash.
Swash features 82 loads per bottle and a spillproof cap.
