Alberta's premier is considering an invitation from her B.C. counterpart to chat over the proposed Northern Gateway Pipeline project.
In a letter made public yesterday, Premier Christy Clark invited Alison Redford to talk in Calgary early next week.
Relations between both leaders have been tense recently, especially after Clark announced her government wanted a greater share of revenue from the proposed pipeline because B.C. bears a disproportionate environmental risk.
A statement from Redford's office says she'd be open to a meeting if both premiers can co-ordinate their schedules but adds her province's revenues are not up for grabs.
