The handwriting of a man accused of killing four people and stealing their identities appears on several apparently forged documents, his girlfriend has testified.

Genevieve Camara told B.C. Supreme Court today she recognizes Charles Kembo's handwriting on cheques, rental applications and letters that were supposedly written by others, including Kembo's murdered wife.

Kembo is charged with killing his wife, stepdaughter, another girlfriend and a former business partner.

Camara lived with Kembo for seven years and had a daughter with him and she said the couple moved several times.

She says Kembo handled all the finances, including leasing their homes and paying the rent.

One of the Crown's exhibits was a driver's licence from British Honduras in the name of the dead business partner, but displaying Kembo's picture.
