Police in Abbotsford are investigating the discovery of human remains.
Const. Ian MacDonald says police were first called to a berry field Thursday afternoon regarding a suspicious vehicle.
MacDonald says the vehicle had been burned out and upon closer inspection police located human remains inside.
Police are not yet providing any further details on the remains or the vehicle.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called in to take control of the case.
