A 20-year-old man is dead and a second man is in custody in the south Okanagan, and now Mounties are trying to determine if they are dealing with a homicide.
Oliver RCMP raced to a home north of Osoyoos on Saturday afternoon to find 20-year-old Reece Dillenger Louie lying outside, covered in blood.
Louie died a few hours later, shortly after investigators checked the home and took another man -- also in his 20s -- into custody.
Police are not saying what caused Louie's death and have released few other details of the incident.
