Vancouver police are looking for a high-risk, 22-year-old sex offender.
Frisco Billyboy is a federal offender who is wanted Canada-wide for being unlawfully at large after he didn’t return to his halfway house. He has been charged with sexual assault, robbery and uttering threats.
Billyboy, who police say has connections to the Lower Mainland and Williams Lake, is considered violent according to police.
He is described as Aboriginal, five-foot-two, 145 pounds with green eyes, brown hair. He has tattoos of “west on his right forearm, “Side” on his left forearm, and a skull on his right upper arm.
Police advise anyone who sees Billyboy or has information on his whereabouts to not approach him and call 911.
