The Canadian wife of Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner has filed for divorce less than a year after quietly tying the knot.
Sonni Pacheco, a 23-year-old lingerie model from Pitt Meadows, B.C., is citing irreconcilable differences. Her court petition seeks invalidation of their prenuptial agreement “based on fraud,” as well as the return of her passport, birth certificate and Social Security card.
Renner, the 43-year-old star of “The Hurt Locker,” and Pacheco wed in secret on Jan. 13, but only confirmed the marriage to the press this fall.
The couple reportedly met in Vancouver on the set of “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol” where Renner was co-starring and Pacheco was a stand-in.
The couple has a 20-month-old daughter, Ava Berlin.
Pacheco is asking for physical custody of Ava, in addition to spousal support. The former spokeswoman for Monster Energy Drinks is also asking for her estranged spouse to cover her moving expenses and rent, and the use of their Range Rover.
An IMBD profile credits Pacheco for the role of “Splendid Wet T-Shirt Girl” in the 2009 straight-to-DVD teen comedy “American Pie Presents: The Book of Love.”
Renner hasn’t responded to the petition, but has 30 days to do so.
