Retirement just got a whole lot sweeter for Revelstoke senior Peter Mueller, who collected a massive $20 million Lotto 6/49 jackpot Friday.
The 68-year-old multi-millionaire said he found out about the life-changing win while he was stopped to get an oil change at a gas station in Vernon.
“I heard in the morning news that somebody in Revelstoke won,” Mueller said. “Checked, and there it was.”
The retiree said he isn’t sure how he’ll spend his millions, but plans to consult a financial adviser for help.
In the short-term, he’s looking to purchase a new car and a relaxing vacation.
“Going to go to Mexico in January, sit on the beach,” Mueller said.
