Sharks hold on to beat Canucks 4-3

The San Jose Sharks held on for a 4-3 victory over the Vancouver Canucks in Game 3 to narrow Vancouver's lead in the Western Final to 2-1.

Patrick Marleau had a pair of goals, while Ryane Clowe and Dan Boyle had the other San Jose markers.

Alex Burrows, Dan Hamhuis, and Kevin Bieksa scored for Vancouver.

Ben Eager was scratched from the San Jose line-up. Canucks' defenceman Christian Ehrhoff left the game with an upper-body injury and did not return.
