Vancouver police have identified the city's sixth homicide victim of the year, who was found in a downtown apartment earlier this week.
Police discovered Zachary Waller, 21, in a building in the 1100-block of Seymour Street at around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. The cause of death has not been released.
Thomas Forster, 43, was arrested at the Vancouver International Airport on Tuesday. He has been charged with second-degree murder in Waller's death.
Investigators do not believe the crime is linked to gangs or drugs.
