Penticton to host Canucks training camp

The Vancouver Canucks are expected to announce Wednesday that its 2010 fall training camp will be held in Penticton.

The Canucks assistant general manager, Laurence Gillman, and senior advisor to the general manager, Stan Smyl, will be in Penticton to make a special announcement Wednesday morning at 10:00 am.

This fall's training camp is expected to begin September 12 at the South Okanagan Events Centre.

Last season, the Canucks held their training camp at UBC's Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre.
