Vancouver police are dealing with the city's third homicide of the year, just a day after asking for the public's help in solving the second murder.

Police say a man has been arrested after a fatal stabbing on a downtown street Wednesday night.

They say it's not immediately clear what led to the stabbing.

Meanwhile, the police are hoping a surveillance video will lead to a break in an earlier murder.

The body of 56-year-old Raymond Robertson was found in his apartment in the city's downtown east side on March 11.

The surveillance video show a woman walking along a street with Robertson three days before his body was found, and police say they want to speak to the woman.
