A man who was gunned down in Burnaby Wednesday has been identified as Chu Ka "Jonathan" Chang, 27, of Vancouver.
Chang, who is known to police, was shot multiple times in the parking lot behind a building in the 7700-block of Edmonds Street.
The building houses a martial arts studio and a dance studio.
Witnesses told police they saw two men wearing dark clothing flee the scene in a minivan.
Police said Saturday that the minivan was a newer model and that witnesses told them it travelled west on Canada Way and then into the area of Gordon Avenue and Fromby Street.
That's where two guns were found later that day.
Police have said the guns will be sent to a lab and compared with evidence found at the shooting scene to see if there's a connection.
