A man accused of shooting a former employer before confronting police in two separate Vancouver shootouts has pleaded not guilty.
Gerald Battersby appeared in Vancouver provincial court today in connection to the shootings over the summer in the city's Yaletown area and outside Science World.
The 61-year-old is facing six counts of attempted murder and several firearms offences.
Dates for his trial are expected to be set in February.
