A woman has been airlifted to hospital following a rollover crash in White Rock.

Bob Berger was woken up by his wife after she heard a loud bang outside their home on Marine Drive at Oxford Street this morning.

"My car is the same colour as this car and I wondered how it got there," he said. "It began to dawn on me as I came to more consciousness that this was somebody else’s car and [me and my wife] didn’t realize until a few minutes after that, there was a young woman in the car."

Rescue crews used the jaws of life to get the woman out of the car.

White Rock RCMP say they believe speed was a factor but couldn't comment on any other factors.

Berger says this isn't the first time a car has ended up in his yard. In a previous incident, a car ended up in his home office even moving some of the home's support stanchions.
