Police in Abbotsford, B.C., are probing whether medical issues are to blame for a bizarre accident overnight that saw a van plow through an apartment building.
The van veered off the road around 3 a.m. and crashed through two suites in a building on Countess St. before coming to a stop in the hallway.
No residents were hurt but the female driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The building was evacuated because of structural damage.
