A 29-year-old man is facing murder charges after a fatal shooting in Terrace, B.C.
Travis Leslie Stephen has been charged with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder after a Saturday shooting left 27-year-old Eric Cardinal dead and a 29-year-old woman injured.
The double shooting, which police believe is drug-related, took place in the small community of Thornhill.
Stephen was arrested when police found him hiding out down an embankment. All three people involved in the incident were known to police and the victims knew their assailant.
Stephen is set to appear in a Prince George court Wednesday.
