The BC Lions added some depth to the receiver position by signing a pair of import wide receivers on Tuesday.
Kerry Reed and Robert Jordan will compete for spots on BC's roster when the club opens training camp in Kamloops in early June.
Reed spent some time with the Lions late last season on the practice roster. The 25-year-old had previously played for the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills of the National Football League in 2007-2008. Prior to turning pro, Reed played his college football at Michigan State University.
Jordan will be making his first appearance in the Canadian Football league after a college career playing for the University of California. The 24-year-old was signed as a free agent by the San Francisco 49ers in 2008 but did not appear in any games.
