BC Lions sign recently released OL Joe McGrath

The BC Lions have signed offensive lineman Joe McGrath.

McGrath who entered his seventh season with the Eskimos in 2010, was released last week by the Eskimos.

The native of Moose Jaw, Sask., appeared in 105 regular season games for the Eskimos at left tackle and started throughout the playoffs for Edmonton's 2005 Grey Cup champion team.

He was signed as a free agent by the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2009, but was traded back to Edmonton prior to training camp last year and appeared in all 18 regular season games.
