The celebrity photographer accused of hitting Ryan Reynolds with a car in downtown Vancouver earlier this month has been charged.

Rik Fedyck, 52, is scheduled to appear in provincial court Tuesday on counts of criminal harassment, assault with a weapon and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

The latter charges are dated April 10, the day Reynolds was struck in the parking lot of the Shangri-La Hotel, while the count of criminal harassment allegedly took place nearly two weeks before.

It’s unclear whether Reynolds was the victim of the earlier offence.

The B.C.-born actor was back in Vancouver to film the Marvel superhero movie “Deadpool” when a driver ran into him then fled the scene, an incident police described as a minor hit-and-run.

Reynolds wasn’t seriously injured and appeared on set in costume the very next day.
