Has the BCLDB return policy changed?

Anthony recently tried to return some unopened bottles of vintage wine to a B.C. government liquor store but was told he couldn’t. He was wondering if the return rules had changed. The B.C. Liquor Distribution Branch told CTV News there was no limit on unopened returns until October 2014, when it changed the rules to bring it in line with modern retail industry standards. There is now a 60-day return policy in place at all government liquor stores.
