Vancouver Fire and Rescue Services and police are investigating an early morning fire that completely gutted an abandoned, boarded-up home in East Vancouver Sunday.

At around 1 a.m. fire crews responded to find smoke and flames pouring out of the building in the 5600-block of Rupert Street.
According to police fire crews have put out fires before at the property.
