The residents of one home that was “affected” by a landslide near Lions Bay, B.C., on Saturday are unaccounted for, according to authorities.

Squamish RCMP provided an update Sunday, saying first responders and a specialized search and rescue crew are on scene.

A massive amount of debris came tumbling onto Highway 99 near the Brunswick Road exit ramp Saturday, resulting in the closure of the route.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
