A missing elderly dementia patient has been located.
Eighty-six-year-old Owen Eng was last seen around 8 p.m. Tuesday night near Vancouver's Chinatown.
Police warned he was likely confused or disoriented.
Vancouver police say Eng was found Wednesday morning unharmed and is now safe and sound.
