Kings take 2-0 playoff lead over Canucks

Dustin Brown scored a hat trick and the Los Angeles Kings shocked the Vancouver Canucks on the road for the second game in a row, winning 4-2 on Friday night.

The Kings now go home leading their best-of-seven Western Conference quarter-final series 2-0 over the Presidents Trophy-winning Canucks.

Trevor Lewis also scored for the Kings, while Jannik Hansen and Samuel Pahlsson replied for Vancouver.

Game 3 will be played Sunday as the series shifts to Los Angeles.
