A former Corporation of Delta director of engineering has been charged with one count each of possessing and accessing child pornography.
Cleo Faus Gaudry, better known as Kip Gaudry, was charged in Surrey Provincial Court on Thursday.
He was released from custody Friday evening on $10,000 bail.
Gaudry resigned his position with the Corporation of Delta last March after police executed search warrants in his office and home.
Officers seized computer equipment and other technical hardware in the search, said Const. Sharlene Brooks.
His next court appearance is scheduled for March 19.
