John Cummins says a Conservative government in B.C. would speed up the justice process by giving police back the power to lay charges.
The Tory leader also says that if he becomes premier wildlife officers and police will be empowered to charge people illegally selling fish caught under food, social and ceremonial licenses.
Cummins made the announcements yesterday at his party's annual general meeting in Nanaimo.
