The BC Lions added three offensive forces to the lineup Monday. Offensive linemen Dane Randolph, Carlton Medder and Bart Archdekin all agreed to contracts with the Leos.
Randolph played 41 games for the Maryland Terrapins ('04-'08) and made 24 starts at right tackle. In 2008 he earned Academic all-Atlantic Coast Conference honours.
Randolph was signed by the Green Bay Packers in 2009 as an undrafted free agent, but spent the season on the injured reserve list.
Medder, a former track athlete, played college football in Florida. He earned 27 consecutive starts at right tackle.
Florida boasted a championship season in 2007. Medder played a role on the nation's third-ranked scoring offence that also held a record for not allowing a sack over a span of seven consecutive games.
The Arizona Cardinals signed Medder in 2008 as an undrafted free agent, but he was later released.
Archdekin played as Minot State's starting centre as a freshman and remained in that position for four seasons appearing in 35 games. He was named to the First Team All-Dakota Athletic Conference in his last three seasons with Minot State.
The trio now head to the Lion's rookie camp in Kamloops on June 2 and will take the field with a full Lion's squad at Hillside Stadium on June 6 after the team's veterans arrive.
