The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is investigating after a man was gunned down in Richmond, B.C. on Wednesday afternoon.
Police cordoned an area near the intersection of Katsura Street and Ferndale Road, and a tarp could be seen covering a body. Witnesses reported hearing multiple shots.
Sgt. Jennifer Pound of IHIT told reporters at the scene that the victim has yet to be identified. Police are trying to determine whether the shooting was targeted or gang-related.
