The on-ice brawl between the Vancouver Canucks and Calgary Flames on Friday night appears to have spilled over into the concourse.

Video has surfaced online showing Canucks and Flames fans in a shoving match inside Rogers Arena, possibly near the entrance to a bathroom.

One man in a Calgary jersey can be seen sporting an injury to his face.

The Vancouver Police Department confirmed a man with head injuries was attended to at the scene, but refused medical help. It’s unclear whether he’s the same one featured in the video.

Canucks Sports & Entertainment said it works to keep Rogers Arena a safe venue, and that fights such as the one captured Friday night are not tolerated.

“We do take measures at all of our events to help minimize any risks,” the Canucks said in a statement. “We also have a number of resources for our fans, including guests services personnel and our fan text service, to help flag an incident before it escalates and to create the safest atmosphere possible.”

It’s unclear what started the fight, as few details have been confirmed.

Police also said they won’t be investigating the skirmish unless someone files a complaint.
