A man who was at Vancouver's airport the night Robert Dziekanski died says he saw an RCMP officer put his knee in the man's back after he was stunned with a Taser.
Nick Le says he happened upon the scene after Dziekanski was stunned in the early morning of Oct. 14, 2007.
Le says he saw three officers hovering over Dziekanski, including one who had his knee in the Polish man's back.
Le, who is trained in martial arts, says he thought that was a "very dangerous" thing to do.
He says he decided to come forward after seeing a police officer on television talking about what happened, and he thought the officer's account was incorrect.
Le says he also remembers paramedics pounding on Dziekanski's chest as he lay on the floor of the airport.
