For our "Taste of Tuscany" menu, Executive Chef Chuck Currie and Red Seal Certified Chef Jim McKay partnered with Umberto to create exciting new dishes you'll love.
You can enjoy dishes inspired by the recipes of Umberto Menghi. Items such as Quattro Formaggio Chicken Fettuccini, Scallop, Prawn and Salmon Risotto, Beef & Mushroom Ragout, Hickory Smoked Bacon & Mushroom Pizza or Tuscan Shrimp Salad.
