Vancouver police are investigating a drive-by shooting that left one man in hospital Tuesday afternoon.
The victim was driving a car in the 1700-block of Southeast Marine Drive at around 3:30 p.m. when a gunman opened fire from another vehicle.
Const. Brian Montague confirmed the victim’s injuries are not life threatening.
Police are still trying to determine the motive behind the shooting and whether it was gang-related.
Any witnesses who saw the two cars are asked to call the Vancouver Police Department’s Major Crime Unit at 604-717-2541.
