Attention shoppers: Pop superstar in aisle five.

Walmart customers in Kamloops, B.C. got an unexpected surprise Sunday when none other than Barbadian recording artist Rihanna rolled up to do some shopping.

It didn’t take long for pictures to hit Twitter, starting a wave of tweets from locals who lamented missing the once-in-a-lifetime encounter.

“My parents [saw] Rihanna at Wal-Mart! Where the heck was I???” user @AlyssaGould wrote.

“Rihanna was in Kamloops at Wal-mart and I wasn’t aware of this. #Jealous #StupidDinner,” said user @HannahJohnson70.

Store employees confirmed to a local radio station that the “We Found Love” singer bought a soft drink at the Walmart McDonald’s, and even donated to McHappy Day.

Rihanna’s “Diamonds” tour hit the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary on Friday night, and is scheduled to land at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on Monday.
