Police search for vehicle involved in Langley hit-and-run
Langley RCMP are issuing a fresh call for witnesses after identifying a vehicle believed to be linked to a hit-and-run that took place in November.
Shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 9, police were called to a pedestrian in medical distress after being hit by a car in the 21600 block of 16th Avenue, Langley RCMP said in a release Sunday.
The suspect vehicle is believed to be a black Ford F150 Lightning Lariat, similar to the one shown in the above image. The car, a 2022-2023 model, will have damage to its right side mirror and the charging port cover, said police.
“We are asking for the public’s help to locate and identify the vehicle involved, and speak with the driver and registered owner,” said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom.
Anyone who has information on the incident or the car suspected to be involved is asked to contact the Langley RCMP and quote file 2024-36546.
