A man and woman in their 30's are dead following a shooting at a home in Mission, B.C., that police are describing as a targeted double murder.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team confirms that two people died following an incident on Greenwood Avenue, which is located in a rural area of Mission.
One was a 37-year-old woman. The other was her 33-year-old boyfriend. Cpl. Dale Carr of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team said the couple were victims of a targeted double murder.
RCMP have not said when exactly the shooting occurred. Residents in the area have told reporters that they heard shots in the area on Thursday night at around 11:00 p.m. Police responded, but did not find anything at that time.
