A former British Columbia Supreme Court judge -- now working as a grand judge in the British territory of the Cayman Islands -- has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct.
Alexander Henderson was arrested as part of a corruption probe by British police into the Royal Cayman Islands police service.
Henderson presided over some high profile B.C. cases, including Shannon Murrin's trial, the man acquitted of murdering eight-year-old Mindy Tran.
Details of the British investigation aren't being released but authorities say Henderson's arrest has nothing to do with any of his judgments.
