Health Canada has issued a recall notice for the "Evenflo Exersaucer Triple Fun Activity Centre".
Almost 25,000 units were sold across Canada. It can be used three different ways -- with a floor mat for infants, saucer for babies and folded out to make an activity table for toddlers.
But when it's used as an activity table, the cap on one end of the product can loosen and fall off exposing a hard plastic edge.
There have been nine injuries associated with the cap falling off -- four of them in Canada. In one case, a child suffered a broken collarbone.
If you have one of these Exersaucers, you're being instructed to stop using the activity table and contact Evenflo for a repair kit. -- do not take the product back to the store.
