Canucks to hit UBC campus for training camp

The Vancouver Canucks announced today the expected schedule of veterans and prospects training camp sessions opening on September 7th.

On-ice practice sessions will take place at the University of British Columbia's Thunderbird Winter Sports Centre and are open to the public. Admission to practices at UBC is complimentary.

Prospects report first to General Motors Place on Monday, September 7th for pre-training camp medicals and testing. Prospects camp culminates with a tournament versus Edmonton Oilers prospects at the University of Alberta, September 9th & 10th in Edmonton.

Veteran players will join prospects continuing on from Prospects Training Camp on Saturday, September 12th. Main camp will take place at Thunderbird Winter Sports Centre from September 13th - 16th.

Player media availability, rosters and practice times will be made available at a later date.
