The Canada Border Services Agency and RCMP have called a news conference for Tuesday to announce details on "a significant drug seizure."
Officials aren't saying much about the drug bust, but the news conference has been called for Kelowna International Airport.
An RCMP news release says media will have an opportunity to see the 2,300-kilogram machine that was housing the drugs.
Last Tuesday, border services and police announced they'd seized 275 kilograms of narcotics at the Port of Vancouver.
The cocaine and methamphetamine were valued at more than $9 million.
Officials said at the time the seizure put a dent in Canada's drug supply.
