The breach of trust case alleged against two former high-ranking B-C officials is due to return to court this morning.
Dave Basi and Bobby Virk are charged after the December 2003 raid on legislature offices in connection with the privatization sale of B-C Rail.
Basi was an aide to then-finance minister Gary Collins, and Virk was an aide to then-transportation minister Judith Reid.
Basi's cousin, Aneal Basi, a former government communications officer, is charged with money laundering.
