Vancouver police have confirmed they're investigating a homicide in the city's West Side, but they are keeping mum on the details.
Authorities said the body was discovered at a home near West 13th Avenue and MacDonald Street on Tuesday night. No other information has been shared, including the victim’s identity or the cause of death.
"There is no concern for public safety," a spokesperson said in a brief statement.
The homicide, Vancouver's 11th of the year, is being investigated by detectives from the Vancouver Police Department's Major Crime Section.
