Mounties are investigating after a young person was found dead in Surrey Tuesday evening.
The body was discovered around 7 p.m. near the train tracks on 144th Street, not far from the Surrey Central Works Yard.
Few other details have been confirmed, including the age or identity of the deceased.
Surrey RCMP said the death is being treated as suspicious but the cause has yet to be determined.
The detachment’s Serious Crime Unit is handling the case.
